Light Rifle
Light Rifle matches are informal .22 rifle matches open to the public.
Matches are held on the second Sunday of each month September thru April from 1:00-4:00 PM. Targets are NRA-A32 Bullseye targets, 5 bulls per target and 2 shots per bullseye. Unlimited sighting shots are allowed.
Maximum rifle weight is 8.5 lbs including scope. Trigger must hold 2 lbs minimum. No butt hooks, palm rests, slings, shooting shoes, former Olympic biathlon champions, etc. Maximum 9X scope. Time limit 45 minutes.
Entry fee: Under 16 yrs/over 65 yrs $1.00, all others $2.00.
Cash prizes based on Lewis system, first, sixth, eleventh, etc.
